NIH Call for 2013 Bench-to-Bedside Proposals
The NIH extramural grantees, as well as intramural investigators, are invited to initiate proposals and serve as Project Leaders with at least one NIH intramural partner for each project. In order to identify intramural collaborators, extramural grantees can consult the NIH database of all current intramural research at http://intramural.nih.gov/search/index.taf?_UserReference=AD7D6C5DCD73B18F4F68A767. You may search the Intramural Principal Investigator Directory by name or by scientific focus area as well. The NIH intramural investigators/partners must submit letters of intent electronically by no later than April 17, 2013. Projects with all funds directed to the extramural site(s) will not be considered. For selected meritorious projects, extramural awards will be made as 2-year administrative supplements ($135,000 in direct costs per year for two years) to the NIH grants that are active through September 2015.
